📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service

- Maintain and update customer documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics operations is a plus
