• Oversee the daily operations of the non-footwear department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and profitability in the non-footwear category.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our market presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our non-footwear offerings remain competitive and relevant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to optimize stock and minimize costs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on non-footwear categories.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
