📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within Concentrix.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in maintaining and updating job postings on various job boards.
• Support the HR team in managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a must.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the HR field.
