📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer homes to collect payments and resolve payment issues.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with customers to find mutually agreeable repayment solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Leverage communication skills to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve collection targets and improve recovery rates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
