📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the import clearance process, including the preparation and submission of import declarations, commercial invoices, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, including import tariffs, quotas, and other trade restrictions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to import documentation or customs clearance.
• Monitor and analyze import data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on import regulations and customs procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in import regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize import logistics operations.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import customs clearance and logistics operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including import tariffs, quotas, and other trade restrictions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software, such as SAP GTS or similar systems.
• Valid customs broker license or equivalent certification.
