📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the adoption process for core banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement adoption strategies tailored to client needs.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in core banking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our fintech solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our core banking systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in core banking systems adoption and implementation.
• Proven track record in leading adoption projects and driving successful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, including but not limited to Oracle, SAP, and FIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in core banking systems or related fields is a plus.
