Lingkungan Hendra Shop is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the safety and security of warehouse personnel and inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage inventory levels and orders.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they understand and follow warehouse procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience in coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a warehouse environment.
