📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create training materials and resources.,Conduct training needs analysis and assessments.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
