🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
