As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all merchandise is displayed attractively and accurately.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that health and safety regulations are met.,Work with the district manager to ensure that the store meets all company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
