📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store associates, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary merchandise.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online shoppers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
