Central Root Berjaya is a dynamic and growing company in Lebak, Banten, seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
