📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
