📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and attractive dining environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Work with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
