📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the auto service center.,Coordinate with mechanics and support staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain and update service schedules and customer records.,Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the auto service industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
