📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
