📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses and nursing assistants.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients.,Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.,Conduct staff training and development programs.,Manage and coordinate nursing resources and schedules.,Ensure a safe and clean nursing environment.,Handle patient admissions and discharges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing healthcare teams.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
