📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Conduct financial audits and prepare detailed audit reports for management review.,Identify and assess potential risks and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to improve the efficiency of the audit process.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve financial operations and processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.,Maintain and update knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.,Provide training and mentoring to junior auditors to ensure the continuous improvement of the audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with the audit team and other departments.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and integrity.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
