Bidang Dian Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
