📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive tutoring sessions for TWK and TKP, focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance in the tests.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in the field of civil service preparation.
• Collaborate with other tutors and educational staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Participate in regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of tutoring services.

• Assist in the preparation and administration of TWK and TKP practice tests and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in the context of civil service preparation.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian national identity and personality characteristics.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective and engaging lesson plans.
