📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions.,Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Participate in procurement meetings and discussions with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
