📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage cash and other forms of payment,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner,Assist in inventory management and stock taking,Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
