📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the company's processes and systems.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and supervise operational staff to achieve operational goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
