📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and supervising the department's operations.,Oversee the daily activities and performance of the department's staff.,Ensure that all departmental tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain departmental budgets and expenses.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the automotive service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
