PT Permata Dinamika Pratama is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Tegal, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing accounting teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
