📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing and integrating advanced technologies such as ERP systems, data analytics tools, and automation software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions.
• Develop and implement process improvement frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor and measure operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to operational teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management.
• Report on progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations transformation, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics tools, and automation software.
